Remodeling is very interesting and allows me to be innovative
Home improvement is interesting because the whole procedure will be done on our own home which was already build by us or may be we would have brought a ready made home. but remodeling the same is such a interesting things that we have lots of experience and lots of things to tell. this whole procedure is very much innovative because we have to rebuild our own home once again. In many cases people would have build their home long ago and day by day technology & design changes. so its necessary for everyone reading this blog to upgrade their home. and many of them would have brought ready made home. which they wanted to be in their own design. My remodeling took place 1 year ago. this is my family home. which was build 45 years ago by my father. two store independent home. ground floor 3 bed room and kitchen hall and 2 bath room. 1st floor 4 bed room and a big living room. I planned to just do some repairing work but than later got a renovation loan from a bank. so decided to invest all the fund in remodeling.
My old house was with old design and structure. so this time I called a architecture and stated planning and designing the existing home. De-constructing and rebuilding a new home is a long process and also costly. we planned to remodel it with whatever we have a make it stronger and modern. So 1st we planned to strengthen the foundation and the roof. and later we altered all the rooms and walls to give it a different look. from outside we just repainted it and repaired all cracks. from outside it was on 20 % changed but from inside it was 90% remodeled All rooms are re-structured and with modern design and modern fitting . bathroom we remodeled and re-fixed Even 1st floor was also re-structured and also we added 3 side balcony. which was not there earlier The whole activity took 3 months to complete. initially we did ground floor. so we moved everything to 1 st floor and later we did 1 st floor.
The kitchen was very much the undertaking. We added stainless steel https://countertopinvestigator.com/stainless-countertops/ countertops in place of the old and very damaged granite ones. The whole 3 month was very much existing. interesting & innovative. whole family members were giving all kind of ideas. and also relatives and friends also gave their valuable ideas. and overall the whole remodeling process was completed successfully. because of proper planning and reusing most of the things also reduced the overall cost. whatever we estimated . the outcome cost was 20% less. because of which we were very happy. and after the successful completion we have grand party for all friends and family and relative initially i was very much nervous and confused. but gradually when everything started and than my confidence level boosted. without my family & friends support is was impossible to complete the whole remodeling. i am happy and glad that everything went as per plan and we all are proud of our family home.
